Processing & Handling Time

  • Order processing time: 1–2 business days.
  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding major holidays.
  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Where We Ship

We are proud to offer shipping to most countries worldwide. If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact our support team and we will confirm if delivery is possible.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Delivery time estimates begin after your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier. All time frames below are in business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Free Standard Shipping Worldwide:
    Estimated delivery within 3–12 business days after dispatch. Available for most destinations at no extra cost.
  • Expedited Shipping Worldwide:
    For faster delivery, we offer an expedited option at a flat rate of US$9.95, with estimated delivery within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Please note that these are estimated time frames. Actual delivery can vary based on your location, local postal services, and external factors.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number (when available).
  • Tracking details may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier scans your package.
  • In some cases, especially for remote regions, tracking updates may be limited once the package reaches your local carrier.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, VAT, or other local charges when they arrive in your country. These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

  • All such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Rejuvacare is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or processing.

Shipping Delays

We work closely with our logistics partners to ensure timely delivery, but delays can still occur due to:

  • Peak seasons or high order volume
  • Carrier or airline delays
  • Severe weather or natural events
  • Customs inspections or local postal backlogs

These circumstances are outside of our control, but our support team is always happy to assist you in tracking and following up on your shipment.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.
  • Rejuvacare is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we can reship it once additional shipping costs are covered.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

  • If tracking shows your package as “delivered” but you have not received it, please first check with household members, neighbors, or building management.
  • If it still cannot be found, contact the shipping carrier to open a claim and then reach out to us with your case number.
  • While we will do our best to assist, Rejuvacare cannot be held responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but not received.

Currency & Billing

All orders are processed in USD. Prices may be displayed in your local currency for convenience, but your bank or payment provider may charge a slightly different amount depending on the current exchange rate and any additional fees they apply.
