All orders placed on our website are covered by a 90-day money-back guarantee. If you have used your Rejuvacare product as directed and are not happy with the results, you may request a refund within this guarantee period.

Eligibility for a Refund

  • The product must have been properly used as intended for a reasonable portion of the 90-day period following delivery.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or order number).
  • We may request evidence of use (such as photos or a short explanation of how long and how often the product was used) to validate the guarantee.
  • Return requests must be initiated within 90 days from the date your order was marked as delivered.

We reserve the right to decline refund requests if we determine that the product has not been used as directed, has been intentionally damaged, or if the request falls outside the guarantee timeframe.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Gift cards
  • Digital products or downloads
  • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-refundable” at checkout

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Rejuvacare does not provide prepaid return labels.
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service so you have proof that the product has been returned.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

    • Product(s) you’d like to return
    • Reason for your request
  2. Our team will review your request and, if eligible, send you return instructions and the correct return address.
  3. Ship the item(s) back to us using a tracked method and keep your shipping receipt for your records.

Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 7–12 business days after we receive your return for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refund Denial

Rejuvacare reserves the right to deny a refund if:

  • The product does not meet our return requirements (e.g., misuse, damage beyond normal wear).
  • The return is initiated or received outside of the 90-day guarantee window.
  • We detect fraudulent, abusive, or excessive return behavior.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different item, please follow the refund process above (if eligible) and place a new order for the product you want.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or you believe it is defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@rejuvacareofficial.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your case and work with you on an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@rejuvacareofficial.com. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been processed or shipped.

Currency & Price Differences

All orders are processed in USD. Prices may be displayed in your local currency for convenience, but your bank or payment provider may charge a slightly different amount depending on the current exchange rate and any additional fees they apply. These differences are not eligible for refund by Rejuvacare.
